It’s an established procedure where the printing colors are applied through a fine woven fabric by a rubber blade.

There’s a separate template for every color so we print in valuable full tone colors. Depending on the amount of colors, size of the logo and geometry of the requested article, we evaluate which application procedures will be economic for your personal silkscreen. For our direct-printing as well as decorations via decals we use high-grade color systems. After a ceramic decoration follows a decor firing where the colors and surface meld. Depending on the material of the article the firing will reach a temperature between 580 – 1000 degrees. Organic colors offer brilliant colors and do not contain traces of heavy metals. They are applied by UV-light and a special warmth treatment. These innovative colors are used for the decoration of toughened safety glass.
