Decals: Indirect printing for limitless possibilities

Want to print your design on the handle of your mug? Want the design to extend over the rim? Or is the item so unusually shaped that no machine can handle it? The solution is: decal printing (indirect screen printing).

When is decal printing the right choice?

Choose decal printing for special requirements:

  • Complex shapes: Ideal for conical, bulbous, or geometrically challenging items.
  • Difficult positions: Printing over the rim, on the handle, on the inside base, or completely wrapped around the mug.
  • Photorealism: Perfect reproduction of complex images and halftones.

Handcrafted for perfection

The design is first printed onto a transfer paper and then transferred by hand (using a squeegee) to the item by our specialists. After firing, the design permanently bonds to the surface.

Your choice: Individual printing or cost savings with a multi-sheet print?

We offer two options:

  • Individual printing: We print exactly to your specifications. Colors can be mixed precisely according to Pantone or HKS. Ideal if maintaining your corporate identity (CI) is a top priority.
  • Multi-sheet printing (cost-effective tip): To save costs, we place your design on the same printing sheet as other orders. This offers a significant price advantage, especially for smaller quantities or colorful designs. Note: This option is typically printed using a 4-color process (CMYK); specific Pantone mixes are not possible with this method.

Regardless of which option you choose: With organic color systems, we achieve a brilliant and extensive color spectrum, even in transfer printing.
