Direct screen printing: Precise finishing for glass and porcelain

Proven Technology for Your Brand

Direct screen printing is a classic and extremely reliable method for finishing promotional items. Technically, the printing inks are pressed directly onto the item through a fine-mesh screen using a squeegee. Each color has its own stencil and is printed in high-quality solid colors. The result is rich, vibrant colors and crisp, sharp designs.

Maximum Cost-Effectiveness & State-of-the-Art Technology

Depending on the number of colors, the size of the design, the geometry of the item, and the desired print run, we will determine the most cost-effective application method for you. Direct screen printing is particularly advantageous for large print runs. Thanks to our extensive and modern machinery, we can directly print items with up to 8 colors in a single pass. This makes direct screen printing one of the most cost-effective printing methods on the market.

Two color systems for every need

For our direct screen printing (as well as for decal decoration), we exclusively use high-quality color systems that are selected to match the material:

  • Ceramic colors (high temperature): For glass, ceramic, or porcelain, a decorative firing takes place after printing. At temperatures between 580°C and 1,000°C (depending on the substrate), the colors fuse permanently with the surface. This guarantees high scratch resistance and dishwasher safety.
  • Organic colors (low temperature / UV): For special requirements, such as decorating tempered safety glass, we use innovative organic color systems. These offer brilliant colors and are free of heavy metals. The ink is permanently fixed using UV light and a special heat treatment.

Minimum order quantities & feasibility

Direct screen printing is not only suitable for huge quantities. Single-color decorations can be produced starting from just 150 pieces.

Note: The exact minimum order quantities vary depending on the number of colors, the complexity of the logo, and the shape of the item. We would be happy to individually assess whether this process is suitable for your project.
